1、Precautions for software use

A.Size requirements: slice the model in STL format when there is no problem. Please pay attention to whether the size of the model meets the requirements.

B.Model requirements: when the bottom is not supported, the bottom of the model to be printed must be able to support the whole model. If the bottom of the model is uneven and there are only a few contact points on the base, please cut the bottom flat with repair software or sink with slicing software.

C.Support inspection: remember to check three parts when adding support.

(1) Whether the support hinders the model itself to prevent the support on the model from being inconvenient to be removed when the support is removed;

(2) Whether the support of the suspended position is added in place to prevent the incomplete printed model without support of the suspended position;

(3) Whether the support at the bottom of the model can be added in place to prevent incomplete printing of the model edge, or the model cannot be printed with less support.

2、Precautions before printing

A.Machine placement: do not place the machine near inflammables and explosives or high heat sources. Please place the machine in a ventilated, cool and dust-free environment;

B.Power socket: the power plug shall be connected to the three hole socket with ground wire. Please use the power cord attached to the machine. Do not use the power cord of other products to replace it during installation;

C.Machine placement environment: do not place the printer in a highly vibrating or other unstable environment. The shaking of the machine will affect the printing quality of the printer;

D.Check the fixed position: before printing, check whether the knob on the platform and the fixed position on the chute are locked to prevent instability during printing;

E.Check the screen illumination: check whether the screen illumination is normal before using the machine. Please wear anti ultraviolet glasses to check. Do not look directly with your eyes when testing the screen to avoid damaging your eyes;

F.Check before printing: make sure to print the model after checking.

(1) Before printing, make sure there is no residue in the chute. If you are not sure whether there is residue in the chute, be sure to clean the tray to prevent crushing the release film.

(2) When printing, make sure that the platform is parallel and slightly close to the printing screen. After printing fails, the screen may be tilted, so take out the material slot, clean the printing platform and return to zero to check whether it is parallel to the screen, then tear a small part of A4 paper and level it in turn at the four corners of the printing screen to see if the paper can be slightly pulled.

3、Precautions for use of photosensitive resin

A.Consumables: shake the photosensitive resin slightly left and right before use. Do not shake it vigorously, resulting in the formation of a large number of bubbles. 2. Contact with consumables: do not directly contact with photosensitive resin or eyes. If skin allergy or discomfort is caused, please wash with clean water immediately. If the situation is serious, please see a doctor in time;

B.Selection of consumables: it is recommended to use consumables recommended by the manufacturer to avoid damage to the printer;

C.Storage of consumables: when the photosensitive resin is not in use, it can be filtered and then recycled into the bottle, or cover the chute with something to prevent direct sunlight and strong light, and prevent dust from entering.
