The PioNext dental 3D printer combines speed, precision and reliability to provide a one-stop service for dental clinics, laboratories and manufacturing facilities. This equipment is suitable for all products from orthodontic models, denture bases to night protection devices and surgical guides, and is designed to meet the needs of high-speed dental 3D printing.
The machine was developed with productivity in mind and broke the company's previous throughput record with a printing speed of 280 mm/h. To this end, the company once again set a higher standard, enabling users to 3D print a plate of 6 dental models in 5 minutes, or 3D print 26 individual models in 25 minutes.
PioNext has all the killers to make extraordinary progress in the dental market. The system provides oral and dental experts with high precision, effective workflow, and easy adaptability in digital dentistry.
PioNext 3D printer
The latest products released by PioNext are designed to provide quality and longevity, and provide some new upgrades that differentiate it from other dental 3D printers. PioNext is equipped with the company's high uniformity collimation light engine, which provides users with up to 95% light uniformity to obtain excellent detailed features and 50 micron XY resolution.
The PioNext D128 system is also equipped with a new three-dimensional composite membrane, which is stronger and more durable than the previous design. Each film can withstand up to 55 liters of resin before it needs to be replaced, enabling more printing and less maintenance.
Like PioNext's previous 3D printers, PioNext can also actively control the resin temperature to keep the material in the vat at the best viscosity for 3D printing. The high-performance heat dissipation system also keeps the operating temperature of the machine below 40°C to ensure that the life of the LCD screen is extended to at least 5000 hours.
PioNext has more than 40 patents and also provides a wide range of 3D printing materials. PioNext has developed a set of FDA-approved dental resins. Most importantly, PioNext uses a new dedicated printing preparation software with one-click printing and simplified dental model editing functions.
